4-12-08We finally had a Sunny Saturday and I took Akayla to the park in Lynnwood, WA. Little Miss Independent only wanted to play on the slide. Naturally being the protective mommy that I am it was hard for me to just let her climb up and slide down by herself, but she pulled it off with flying colors. At one point where she did actually fall from the 3rd tier but managed to simply walk it off. She learned her lesson and never fell again. I was so proud of her though, she definitely knew how to play it safe. She would sit at the top of the slide and right after she began to slide, she would quickly roll over and slide the rest of the way down on her tummy. I love it! Such a big Girl!!
